[Qt5-feedback] Build system requirements for Qt5

Since there seems to be quite some interest in the matter I took the liberty
to bump the number of "Slots" in the "Build System" row on

  http://developer.qt.nokia.com/groups/qt_contributors_summit/wiki/Topic_List

to "1" and entered my name as "Topic Owner". Right now I'd like to think of
that as a kind of placeholder, but if need arises I certainly can talk a bit
about the requirements for a build system from an IDE point of view, and
related topics...
