[Qt5-feedback] Build system requirements for Qt5

For those of us that won't be at the summit, will there be a "report" or
"meeting minutes" available so we can be informed of the discussion?

Just making available the recording from the meeting would be fine too.
(I'm guessing the anecdotal details may be some of the most important parts
of the meeting.)
