[Qt5-feedback] QtService update...

All,

I mentioned about a week or so ago I would collect all the info and post it 
somewhere again.
As I haven't had time to pull it into a wiki yet, I did the next best thing and 
put it on my blog:

I'll probably post something more per writing code when I get a chance - 
focusing on the implementation plan (e.g. what to do & in what order).
At the moment, work has me bogged down so I'm making very slow progress on this, 
but persevering on it nonetheless.
