[Qt5-feedback] Pre-release versions

Hi,

Is it OK to use pre-release versions other than Alpha, Beta and RCs? For example, I am wondering if it is acceptable to release 0.1 version of a new module. A benefit of this is that we can have more feedback iterations before finalizing the API in 1.0.
