[QtCS-Attendees] Survey to help with the Qt CS 2026 logistics

Hi all,

Friendly reminder to help us with planning by filling out that survey (and for people recently registered and subscribed here: welcome!)

If everyone that registered shows up then we are going to be ~80 people and can consider the event “sold out”; it would be a bit sad if we then end up a lot of empty seats from no-shows that we could have filled with more people!

A bunch of session proposals are also still in “Draft” state, so if you have one of those, please move it to “Ready for Vote” to show that you are still going to host a session and that the description is correct. We might not be able to fit every session into the agenda, and also want to make sure that the most popular sessions get the biggest room, and voting helps us with that.

We are also soon getting ready to start voting for the presentation and workshop proposals. There’s still time to make additional proposals, and to refine the proposals you might already have submitted. Check the links at

If you made a proposal and are happy with it, change its status to “Ready for Vote”.


And, if you cannot join us after all, or if you want to drop your proposal from the list, just let me know (and if you don’t want to let me know: you should be able to move your own proposal via “Ready for Vote” to “Rejected”, and you can unsubscribe from this mailing list yourself as well).
