You can filter out thread(s) you are not interested in.

In my opinion, it is a valid activity to get status about a package,
when you have something incoming (especially when someone pays a lot
of unexpected money in the end). If we do not have a tracking number,
this is where we can ask for more information.

Unsure, we will get, but asking does not hurt in my opinion.
