[QtonPi] Bakeqtpi.bash script

Hi all,

I've moved the script into it's own git repo now at 
https://github.com/keyz182/bakepi

Could you all use the issues button on github to report the issues 
you're having. Also, if you have any improvements/fixes, put in a pull 
request.

Once there's some issues up, I can start going through them and fixing.
