[QtonPi] Bakeqtpi.bash script

Mark,

	Ubuntu 12.04 on VMware Fusion / OSX has a rather annoying issue where you get a "memory allocation error", the script fails constantly, was never able to get it to complete in this environment.  Ubuntu on a separate dedicated machine worked.
