[QtonPi] Frustration with Farnell

Hi everyone

 

I have been in contact with farnell, with different persons and departments,
and it was quite frustrating. Either they had no clue about qtonpi sponsored
RPis, or they couldn't find any entries in their DB, or the worst was they
sent me an UPS tracking code for a customer in Finland !

 

I always stated my full address, also the voucher code and everything. But
there is a real mess somehow.

 

I know Tom Hinton was (is?) in contact with Farnell, but I don't know what
to do anymore. The last thing Farnell wrote me was:

 

"I am unable to find anything therefore I am checking to see if these kits
are still available so I can arrange this to be sent out asap"

 

Anybody else had more success?
