[QtonPi] Bakeqtpi for osx updated

Hi,

I believe you see these messages while extracting sysroot image. It 
shouldn't affect the process, because sysroot files are needed only for the 
compilation process and the ownership of files is not important, as far as I 
know. I'll check if we can do something with these messages. Please check if 
the building process succeeded after all.
