[QtonPi] Bakeqtpi for osx updated - works with QtCreator

It worked end-to-end perfectly with QtCreator on OSX.
I've made a very small update to 
http://qt-project.org/wiki/RaspberryPi_Beginners_guide to inform on how 
to select /usr/local/qt5pi/bin/qmake in the QtCreator configuration 
process and also about the dd command on OSX.
