 Why would you like to use Cygwin? I think it is simpler to use the
standalone win-bash port I was referring to. That requires no more
than that. The script would need some adjustment to jom/nmake instead
of the gnu make and so forth in that case though. In the end, it would
be simpler to use win-bash to run the script for certain end users
than having a full-fledged mingw or cygwin environment. Especially
when you would like to use msvc.
