[QtonPi] Getting started with Qt on RPi

Errrrr,

I was the jive turkey initially driving the Rasbian packages of Qt 5,
and I have jumped ship in the midst of all the excitement. You should
have the ear of Alex on this list, and he was willing to stick a sane
Qt 5 package into a broadly accessible repo somewhere when it finally
came of age.

So basically:

1) Someone needs to build Qt 5
2) Someone needs to create the deb
3) Someone needs to whisper sweet nothings to Alex until he sticks it
where it needs to be stuck
