[QtonPi] 3d example using qt

Hi, I have managed to get various samples working when qt5 was in beta.

The only samples that worked are the ones where the whole screen is
hardware accelerated. Anything with a Qglwidget inside of another widget is
not going to work because the pi does not support windowed applications
running opengl through eglfs or xcb. I suspect someone else can give a more
technical explanation.
