[Qtwebengine] how to load plugin such as flash plugin?

btw: how can I set the cache of the view? in old version, I can use the QNetworkAccessManager to setCacheDirectory, but 
Qt WebEngine does not interact with QNetworkAccessManager

QtWebEngine doesn't do plugins (yet?): https://trello.com/c/xH2kPw8T
