Not sure if you can compile it on a Raspi natively, you might need to
cross-compile. Unfortunately cross-compiling and simple usually don't
mix, in my experience...

Honestly, if you don't mind switching distros on your Raspi, the most
painless way to get QtWebEngine (which surely would be a good fit)
until Debian packages it would be using ArchlinuxARM.

There it's simply available as a binary package:
