[Qtwebengine] Seemingly random crashes in QtWebEngine. Qt 5.4.1 on Windows 7 to Windows 10

Hi,

I would suggest trying out a newer Qt WebEngine version than 5.4.1, specifically 5.6.1 or newer.
Multiple fixes were done since 5.4.1, which might be relevant to your crashes.
