[Releasing] [2012.03.31] New alpha package available, update for OSX

It seems that qttools module is depending on webkit and is forcing a 
build. I tried to build qttools alone by using:

./build -j 4 qttools

And got the same error trying to build webkit. the file 
build.dependencies does say qttools depends on qtwebkit.
