[Releasing] Platform and Compiler configurations for Qt 5.0 beta release

The list sounds mostly good. Two comments:

* Agree with Shane that having both 10.4 and 12.4 would be best. However,
if we can only do one for the beta, let's start with 10.4, and try to have
12.4 for the final.
* The other question I have is regarding Mac. I think we now switched to
using clang as the default compiler. Morten, any comments on that?
