[Releasing] Qt 4.8.2 content upgraded

I can't build Qt webkit in Qt 4.8 head (as of today) against gcc 4.7

I am just shouting this at this list (Canary style) as a general warning since:

1) The webkit module does not appear to have been bumped since January
6 (yet compilers have moved on)
2) Creating a bug report was insanely frustrating, since this is not
an upstream issue, it is a maintenance issue falling to the
maintainers of the Qt 4.8 package.

gcc 4.7 is not widespread yet, and Ubuntu 12.04 uses gcc 4.6, so I am
guessing you could disregard this if the in-source webkit snapshot
continues to build against Qt 4.6

Cheers,
Donald
