Could you please let me know how can we take Qt creator 2.6
for Qt5 Beta development from git?

It's a little unlikely.

But you can take any of the packaged tarballs we're producing and get started on that. But be sure to update to the official beta when it's out.

Or simply develop from the Git repositories.
