No. I don't consider those issues to be showstoppers for the beta.

I could compile it, I could run applications (though not all), I could compile 
applications with it. The only thing I couldn't test and must be present for a 
release is the presence of readable & complete documentation in Assistant.

Those issues are definitely showstoppers for the final.
