Statement is correct although it's valid for all Linux, Windows and Mac (not just Windows).
Also might be good to add info that Source Package Component have to  be selected & installed from Qt5 Beta 1 installer, not just Binary Package Component (qt.qch is located inside src instead of binary at the moment).
