[Releasing] Qt 5 alpha approaching

Hi,

regarding the Qt5 installer scripts, those are now in Gerrit
(qtrepotools) pending for approval. Although I need to fix items
mentioned in review comments but those were documentation
related so far.

But the get Qt5 content packaged we need Simo's scripts as well.
