[Releasing] Qt 5 Alpha release notes - First draft

We have made an experimental binary installer for Linux with the scripts
Simo and Iikka have contributed. It seems to work, but it is just for
Linux, and not thoroughly tested.

I think it is definitely safest to make the alpha as source only, as
initially discussed. We can later on have the experimental installers for
feedback.

For the beta we have then solid binary installers for the reference
platforms.
