[Releasing] Qt 5 alpha status

Hi,

 >we're getting closer to the Qt 5 alpha, but it unfortunately took a 
little longer than anticipated.

The WebKit team suggested/started on creating an alpha branch in WebKit  
containing a patch that would remove its (yet undocumented)  dependency 
on pthreads on Windows. If it does not make it in, the dependency would 
have to be documented in the build instructions.
