Tested on Mac 10.7 / clang with -qtnamespace  & Qt3D === success

 ../qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.0.0/configure -qtnamespace TestNamespace -developer-build -commercial -confirm-license -no-phonon-backend -nomake demos -nomake examples -nomake tests
make -j 4
make module-qtdeclarative -j 4
make module-qt3d -j 4

Builds fine (couple of warnings)

Qt3D hello world works fine.

In case it wasn't already obvious (it wasn't to me) the zip version will not work on Mac (and probably not on Linux) - it has windows line endings and the scripts will not run.
