[Releasing] Alpha package with patched build script available

Hi.

I tried to build the Alpha package on Windows 7 MSVC 2010 64bit using these commands:

configure -developer-build -opensource -nomake tests
perl build -j 8

The build succeeded and random examples from a couple of modules also worked fine.
