[Releasing] Test Update - Installer Packages

Hello,

Please receive the short update on the smoke test of installer packages.

Recommendation: Not ready for further testing.
Comment: Due to current issues, there is not enough basis to continue testing and involve more people in the testing process.
The test will be rerun with the next packages available.
