The crash in debug mode is probably because of mixing debug and release libs of lib*GL*/ANGLE in memory - fixed by https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=181503&action=review , qtwebkit commit 81cb91bb6b.
About the problem in release build though - no idea, e.g. examples\webkitwidgets\fancybrowser works for me. Could you create a full bug report?
