[Releasing] Testing: 2013-06-12 + android-g++ [fail]

Hi,

"upgrade" is a term from the old SDK times, where we had online installers (and hopefully will have soon again). Then you should be able to go through the maintenance tool and select update and then it should also work.

The testing matrix is a bit short on words for some aspects I agree. Also there should be some more verbose information what is meant with each use-case.
