[Releasing] Qt-builds 5.1.0 beta

I also had success building Qt-builds with the same toolchain.

Details are:

Repo:
git://github.com/Alexpux/Qt-builds.git

Command line:
./buildall --buildroot=/c/QtSDK/work --install-top=/c/QtSDK
--opengl-desktop --qt-version=git x32

Also, recently there's been discussion and workarounds for msysgit not
providing a very complete MSYS environment, and the old mingwbuilds MSYS
had a few problems with git/perl. I can happily report this is fixed in
rev13:
