[Releasing] MinGW 4.8.1 upgrade for 5.2 - InterlockedCompareExchange conflict

Looks like this only affects the v2.0.8 headers. Is that what we used for Qt 
5.1.x releases?

Are the 5.0.x binaries compatible with the runtime we shipped with Qt 5.1.x?
