The fix for which was rejected.

Not going to happen for 4.8.6. Both MSVC 2012 and 2013 did not exist when 
4.8.0 was released, so they have a slightly lower level of support than 2010.

When the fixes for those compilers are created, we'll point people to it. 
You'll need to patch Qt for it.
