[Releasing] Qt 5.3 Alpha is out

Hi all!

Qt 5.3 Alpha release is now out, see http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2014/02/27/qt-5-3-alpha-available/

Alpha is source code delivery only. The plan forward is now to create a beta (including binary packages) during the next few weeks, see Qt 5.3 schedule from http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt-5.3-release
