[Releasing] Urgent: Qt Quick Controls are broken on QNX and WinCE in 5.3.0, see QTBUG-38731

Just discovered it in 5.3.0 and also found out that it was we fixed on stable already, see:

The fix should REALLY go into 5.3.0! Please link to

This bug makes all text controls in QtQuick Control broken and not loading on any platform not supporting clipboard!
