[Releasing] Should we make Qt 5.3.0-1 to fix one Android bug?

And it is also not good idea from user¹s viewpoint as it causes quite some
hassle in the messaging.

Based on all the information I have so far Qt 5.3.0 seems to be a solid
release and for other items than this Android item I think we can wait
until the real Qt 5.3.1 is released in June.

Let¹s decide this in the regular release team meeting on Monday. We¹ll
prepare the packages. Either we then update only the commercial Android
packages, or both open-source and commercial. Other than the Android
packages do not need to be touched.
