Seems rather high. I wonder how many are just downloading the first they see without checking the architecture. Note that if we do scrap those installers, people who insist on not accessing all the memory in their computers can still build Qt from source ;)

We did a very quick test on Ubuntu 64-bit, cross-compiling for 32-bit. It seemed doable, by installing 32-bit versions of the libraries, setting the location of these as the library path, and passing -m32 to the compiler. Since it's only the host tools that need cross-compiling for 32-bit Linux (everything else is already cross-compiled for Android), it's probably not that many libraries that are needed.

We have no idea how difficult this would be on RedHat, however. It's possible that they don't supply 32-bit versions of all libraries if they do not have a 32-bit version of the distro to begin with. I would recommend using the current build setup for the 32-bit packages and not spend a lot of time on making this work, especially if we are planning to remove those builds soon.
