No release team meeting today even RC isn't out yet. Let's have new meeting Tue 3th January, hoping RC is out before it

Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 13th December 2016

Qt 5.7.1 status:
- Final packages available and tested. All seems to be ok for the release
- Target to release existing packages as Qt 5.7.1 Wed 14th Dec 2016

Qt 5.8.0 status:
- New rc snapshot under testing
   * Enterprise packages smoke tested & manual testing ongoing
   * LGPL packages under smoke testing, Manual testing will be started after smoke ready (&OK)
- Most of blocker issues from https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=18053 should have a fix in existing packages
- Most probably we need to update packages before official rc release
   * Few additional fixes + change files already merged in '5.8.0'
- Current target for Qt 5.8.0 rc is 20th December

Next meeting Tue 3rd January 2017 16:00 CET (if we get rc out as planned)
