[Releasing] HEADS UP: Updates to Qt 5.7 (and Qt 5.8) tool versions

Please let’s keep in mind that Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 is coming out, I don’t think that it will be ready for Qt 5.7, but we should be prepared for Qt 5.8 indeed.
