[Releasing] Qt 5.7.1 snapshot available

Hi all,

We have new Qt 5.7.1 snapshot available

These aren't yet final Qt 5.71 packages but pretty close so please test the packages to see how close the release we are. The target is to release Qt 5.7.1 during October; let's see after we get the packages tested. So please make sure all blockers are visible in 5.7.1 release blocker list: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=17833

Please also update Qt 5.7.1 known issues list if needed: https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_5.7.1_Known_Issues

We already started to create initial changelogs. Please take those over & finalize as soon as possible.
