Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 24th April 2018

Qt 5.11 status:
- Beta4 released
- Branching completed
- Initial changes files created, work ongoing to finalize those
   * https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/message:%22Add+changes+file+for+Qt+5.11.0%22,n,z
   * We need to get all those in Wed EOB to be able to get RC out as planned
- 8 blockers open in the blocker list, see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=19209
   * Only one issue without a fix (proposal)
- Target is still to get RC out at the end of April
