Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 2nd January 2018

Qt 5.9.4
- Branching ongoing, will be finalized tomorrow
- Initial change files will be created tomorrow as well
- Target to get first snapshot out as soon as possible, preferably already during this week & official release ~mid January

Qt 5.10.1
- Target to start soft branching quite soon ( maybe at the end of next week) & get release out ~ end of January

- Target to get first binary snapshot out during next week

Qt 5.11.0
- Feature freeze 31.1.2018
- Soft branching starts 24.1.2018 
   * We should have all new modules in qt5 latest at that point to be able to test the building & packaging
- Target to get first binary snapshot out before official feature freeze

[17:16:42] <lars> jaheikki3: what's missing to get binary snapshots? afaict, qt5.git is pretty much up to date
[17:19:15] <jaheikki3> lars: yeah, we tried to export the latest one today as well. I haven't check yet if it succeed or not. if succeed then we just try to create first online repos. Confs are done but not tested yet so most probably there is something to be fixed still

[17:21:09] <jaheikki3> And I an not sure if all platform related changes are still in or not (but that won't block first snapshot of course)
