Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 6th November 2018

Qt 5.12 status:
- Beta4 content in place and packaging started
   * Target is to get beta4 out during this week
- Changes files creation ongoing, see open ones from https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/message:%22Add+changes+file+for+Qt+5.12.0%22,n,z
- Target is to get RC out at the end of next week
   * RC blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=19961
      ** 12 open at the moment but we should have a fix proposal for everyone already available

Qt 5.11.3 status:
- Branching ongoing. Target is to finalize branching this Friday
- Target is to get first snapshot for testing as soon as possible

[17:04:08] <jaheikki3> SO if all goes OK we should have packages for (rta) testing tomorrow morning
