Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 13th November 2018

Qt 5.12 status:
- Beta4 released last Thu, testing ongoing
- RC content almost in place
   * 3 issues open in blocker list, see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=19961
      ** 1 p0 isn't a blocker for release, 1 has fixes under integration and one is under study
   * Only qtbase changes file isn't in
   * Few other fixes still coming in '5.12.0' as well, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/branch:5.12.0,n,z
- Target is still to get the RC out during this week
   * So we need to finalize needed changes now and get approval to be able to keep the schedule
- And as usual we won't release RC with issues which must be fixed for final
- Target for the final release is 29th November
   * In case of new blocker found from RC we will release additional RCn before final release.

Qt 5.11.3 status:
- Branching finalized
- First snapshot coming
- target is to create initial changes files during this week
- Target is to get the release out as soon as possible.
