Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 9th October 2018

Qt 5.12 status:
- Beta1 released last Friday
- Target is to release new beta's regularly until we are ready for RC
   * RC blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=19961
   * Beta2 preparations already ongoing, target is to get it out during next week
- Soft string freeze will be announced this week, official string freeze at the end of next week

Qt 5.9.7 status:
- New snapshot created for RTA; testing ongoing
- Final release content almost in place
   * Couple of changes files still missing (qtbase and qtwebengine)
   * Some 3rd party module updates to be checked still, see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=19975
--> Most probably we can't get the release out during this week. Hoping we can get final content in place during this week & get the release out during next week
