Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 2nd April 2019

Qt 5.13 status:
- Beta2 preparations ongoing
   * Target is to get beta2 out during this week
      ** One blocker still open (QTBUG-71125). Fix available & integration ongoing
- Soft string freeze will be announced during this week and official String Freeze will be in effect a week later

Qt 5.12.3 status:
- First snapshot created. RTA smoke will be run for it next
   * src packages also available in http://download.qt.io/snapshots/qt/
- Branching from '5.12' -> '5.12.3' finalized
- Few issues open in blocker list (see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=20730)
   * VS update (QTBUG-71125) isn't a blocker for Qt 5.12.3 release even it is P0 and visible in the list.
- Initial changes files created, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/message:%22Add+changes+file+for+Qt+5.12.3%22,n,z
- Target is to get the release out latest Fri 12th April

Qt 5.9.8 status:
- First snapshot created & RTA smoke run. Nothing alarming there
   * src packages also available in http://download.qt.io/snapshots/qt/
- Few changes files still under work, see https://codereview.qt-project.org
- Blocker list empty -> we should be ready for release quite soon; let's see if we can get the release out already during next week.
