Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 23rd April 2019

Qt 5.13 status:
- Beta2 released last week, testing still ongoing
- Beta3 preparations ongoing, target is to get that out at the end of this week
- Qt 5.13.0 release blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=20625
   * Not that many blocker open at the moment but it seems we will need beta4 as well; openSSL update not done yet
      ** Requires update in CI environment. Work ongoing for that. Target was to do that during this week but let's see; there seems to be some issues to be solved before we can do the update
- Branching from '5.13' to '5.13.0' will start at the beginning of next week
   * final downmerge will happen ~ a week after that
   * beta4 will be done from 5.13.0 branch if branching is finalized before we can put beta4 out
