[Releasing] Qt 5.15.0 Beta4 released

Hi,

We have released Qt 5.15.0 Beta4 today. Delta to beta3 attached

As earlier you can find Beta4 from Qt Online Installer, under 'Preview' category (and node).

Target is to release Qt 5.15.0 RC at the end of April so please make sure all release blockers are visible in the blocker list (https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=21925) immediately.
