[Releasing] how do i tell what release a patch is going into?

Click the "included in" button. In this case, it's part of 5.14.2 and 5.15.0
already, so things are clear.

For changes which aren't in a tagged release yet, you'd also need to figure out
whether the release was branched off already, and whether it landed before or
after it branching off.

Alternatively, you can also go to the bug report and check the fixed versions there:
